Automatic painting

For decades, automatic painting has been a prominent force throughout industrial challenges and usually employs complex machinery and robotics to complete each task. Although hydraulic machines were initially used during this revolutionary process, the technology is now considered inferior and obsolete as the industry has made way for the new and improved electronic technology. Not only are these electronic offerings more precise, stable and of a higher quality, but they are also safer than previous pieces of machinery.

Sophisticated automatic painting machinery

Automatic painting machinery is most commonly developed in far eastern countries such as Japan, China and Taiwan. These automatic painting machines are very sophisticated nowadays and consist of thousands of moving implements. Generally an automatic painting machine will feature a spray gun which will often be accompanied by a mobile booth. These machines can have up to six working axis, each of which is responsible for the mobility of a certain section of each craft.
