The reciprocator takes the source gas from an intake which is passed to the suction manifold. It then gets pressed into a cylinder that uses a piston to drive the gas through a cylinder in such a motion that the pressure of the gas increases massively. There are many industry uses for the reciprocator, but some of the more common include gas providers, oil refineries, chemical plants and refrigeration plants.
Reciprocator: high quality equipment
Other compressors exist, but the reciprocator has proven to outlast them by up to 20% in operating times. This is a high quality, well-designed piece of equipment that is becoming an industry standard for high-pressure gas systems. In terms of efficiency, nearly 100% of the energy being spent on the pressurisation process is delivered to the output of the system, making this a cost-effective and efficient solution.
